Thinking back about why my race car could be out pulled by some of the other stock 4 cyl cars I thought to my self "after" the season was over..." I wonder if my throttle cable is opening the butterfly valves fully"

I checked it the other nite in the shop...... Holy F@!#$ I was only running about 75% when the pedal was fully depressed!

I must have a stretched cable or the pivot point has been played with on the TB.

This should be checked on your own daily drivers....be the best power upgrade out there for free!!!

CHECK WHILE CAR IS NOT RUNNING.

Thanks for the hint,
i never checked my one in the last 20 years, but, i am satisfied with the performance all the way. (Hit the 210Km per hour just yesterday.....)

I had a similar experience and it was the link on the pedal had come off.
The pedal wasnt pushing the lever down far enough
