This is over the last ~15K miles. It is totally mixed driving. Probably 50/50 city highway generally. I've never driven a whole tank, all highway. The best single tank I've gotten is 27MPG. Each dot on the graph represents one fill up and shows the average MPG at that point over the last 5 tanks of gas.

I don't have records by mileage of when I replaced or repaired what, so unfortunately I can't correlate fixes to improvements in MPG.
I think the improvement is both a combination of repairs/replacements and a slightly less aggressive driving style.
I'm definitely going to start recording dates for each fill up and also mileages for repairs/replacements.

Fairly Recently:
replaced the exhaust system (headers, hi-flow cat, muffler)
New 02 sensor
lightened flywheel
new drive shaft bearings
lowered car

It revs much faster. The throttle is more responsive. I'm guessing the actual performance gains are not too big but it is a substantial improvement on how responsive the engine feels. It makes rev matching quicker and easier.

Cool. I wish I had more money when I rebuilt my engine last year. There was alot of stuff that I wanted to do to it, but it adds up!
