I have been hammering my lower valance back in shape and am getting close to looking good again. Problem is the bottom edge was so bent I have no idea what profile it is supposed to follow. Anyone have lots of detailed pictures of a non bent lower valance showing the bottom edge. Better yet would be a tracing of the lower profile mailed to me so I could make a wooden buck to hammer against.

I don't think I have much in the way of profile photos, but here's a reinforcement idea...I welded a 1/4" rod to the inside of the lower edge -

Here's a brandy-new pic - a side profile shot.
At bottom below the plastic grill, it's pretty much straight.
It only curves beyond that at both ends.

Thanks for the new picture, I have the center straight on mine as well, I think I am just going to make both sides below the vents a gentle curve and be done with it.
