Im having a real crap time finding rims to go with the GT conversion whilst staying within the ADR laws (australia design rules)

1)could these rims work?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Pre-AU-Ford-Dodge-Valiant-Mustang-15-wheels-Showwheels_W0QQitemZ220238269405QQihZ012QQcategoryZ43953QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

2)Whats a ball park price for getting hubs redrilled?

3) the hub length is 52mm whereas the 924 is a bit over 60mm i think?

i Think the low offset will push the rims out nicely and although be semi illegal( were allowed a maximum track increase of 26mm..or 13mm a tyre over stock) theyll still be harder for inspectors to notice then my other option..big illegal wheel adaptors

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

just spoke to A guy from a company called "Wheel revolution" who specialise in redrilling and modifying rims

He recommended actually drilling the rim and not the hub...stating that most aftermarket hubs have a good solid backing to redrll whereas most of the stock rims are unsuitable due to hollow sections etc.

so ball park figure is
Quoted $45 a rim to have it redrilled to most PCD's

He also stated that they can get alot of low offset rims in as a "Blank" then redrill them to whatever i want...to within legal specs

The company seems to have a good rep as their name comes up heaps on discussion forums for QLD...

This might help the aussies looking for aftermarket rims

Oh yeah - sounds good! Let us know how you go! Interested to see what styles they can get. I'm looking for something with black centres and polished lip...
