I was trying to find the fuse for my fuel pump earlier today, as the pump ran regardless of whether or not the fuse that it's supposed to rely on was in.
Whatever, that's not what's important.
Fuse #8 in the top box (remember, it's a 924s just posting it here because wow I need quick help) was blown, and while that should have put the windows out of commission, they worked. I took out the fuse to replace it, and now the windows are dead. Utterly and completely toast. The car doesn't even behave as if there's a short (no dimming of headlights or anything), they just don't go up.
It's going to rain tonight and tomorrow, both of my windows are all the way down and I live in a garageless apartment . See my predicament? Need help quick on this one. If no help I'm just going to go grab a tarp from walmart or something.

hobo,
This isn't really a fix, but just to keep you from flooding, you could pop out the switch or pull the door card and jump straight from the battery to window motor.
