I looked on the FAQ, but still wasn't sure.

Would these Alloys wheels fit my 4 lug Porsche 924. These are genuine BBS wheels, would they bolt on or would I require longer wheel bolts?

They are 15 inches radius. The PCD is 4 x108 and the offset ET35, with a 6J rim width. I would like very low profile tyres on these. I was thinking like 195/40/R15.

Nice wheels! I would imagine they will fit fine since the width and offset is almost exactly same as the 8 spoke alloys. Dunno about centre bore though - may need a spigot ring on there?

Not convinced with the tyres. You'd need 195/60/15 to get the same rolling radius as the stock 14" size. I think 195/40/15 would look too small, would be 8cm smaller tyre diameter. Speedo would be wrong too, should be a max 2.5% size difference when changing tyre/wheel size

Best thing to do with the bolts is get the wheels then see, making sure there is plenty of thread left sticking out the other side. I think at least 8 full turns is the recommended safe length. Make sure the bolts have the correct seat too. Stock bolts have the rounded seat whereas some wheels need bolts with a tapered seat.

You'd want some locking bolts anyway for those wheels!!

OK thanks

Sorry meant to mention I do plan to lower the 924 with new suspension 20/30mm. So maybe the low profile won't look so bad?

Hmmm, still not sure. Your car and wheels though at the end of the day. I'd try and get as close to the original tyre sizre as possible. Depends what look your after i suppose though...

Check this page out http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible_pg2.html There is a section about a third of the way down where you can compare your intended new tyres compared to the current tyres.
