Found this website
http://users.pandora.be/worldstandards/driving%20on%20the%20left.htm

Basically it says
1) 74 countries drive on the left side of the road
2) 166 drive on the right side
3) Population wise roughly a third drive on the left

what i couldnt figure out was the following quote from the top of the article from the ministry of transport

Quote:
“Visitors are informed that in the United Kingdom traffic drives on the left-hand side of the road. In the interests of safety, you are advised to practise this in your country of origin for a week or two before driving in the UK.”

Is this the Uk's secret imigrant detterent trick? two weeks of driving on the wrong side of the road in your country would probably leave you in hospital or jail therefore never making it to the UK...sneeaaky

Thats cool that I gave you inspiration I have always been meaning to ask.. is that you in the pic surrounded by the chicks?

Its coming along slowly, but hopefully by the end of the weekend it will be running.. the main things before it hits to road are:

Connect the fuel pipes and get the engine running again then, get an exhaust installed, get it all tuned properly, work on the electric goodies (alarm, central locking, remote entry ect) hook up the front lights and its all good to go. The only other real issue is I cannot seem to find a rubber seal that will work with my rear hatch, but I aint really done any looking for this yet.. The door rubbers also seem to be a problem.. there are other bits and pieces that need to be done too, but nothing too majot.. It does need a nice set of rims though, but the for meantime I just want to get it on the road. I will buy all the brake bits and rims and try and fit them once they are all here.. only bummer is I cannot drive the car until I find an insurance company that will insure the car..
