Now we are all going to outbid you. haha! Just kidding.
I've never seen that before. That looks really nice. I wonder a little about why there's no listed brand name or anything.
If it was made to fit the 944 hatch, I wonder why they didn't use the existing spoiler mount holes to mount this. I'd worry about problems trying to mount it to a 924 n/a hatch. I read on here a long time ago that someone broke an N/A hatch trying to drill it to mount the stock 944 spoiler. Don't know if that is guarantied to happen because the glass goes all the way to the edge or if it was just drilled to far towards the glass?
I'm not trying to discourage, just giving my thoughts on it. I like how it looks. _________________ 1980 Porsche 924 N/A USA

Yeah, the current price is a steal I reckon - I've seen other bridge spoilers on Ebay for truckloads more than $86... eg this one
They do look the business though... _________________ Whoever said you can't buy happiness forgot about Porsche!

Vince and I made that attempt, long time ago, i think we did get one hole drilled in the glass but stopped after that, as it was pretty obvious it wasnt a viable project. where youll need to drill also depends on the year the hatch was made, the bottom edge is different on different years.
for this setup, i would only want to use a very late model hatch, and use a bonding agent instead of drilling if the holes needed to be where the glass is instead of the frame itself.
well see if its a good deal when the auction ends, youve got competition from 924, 944, 924s, 951 , and maybe even 968 owners... so its going to be difficult to win... this is an item you hope to one day see just listed when you sign in, with a cheap buy it now... _________________ Eric

| well, i thought it might be a rip cause it's cheap and it did state the manufacture. and for 122.00 my rear tail lights, or rear valence or fenders or my rear spoiler "stock" or... well alot of things cost more or the same.. I would predick this product to sell for at least 250 .. at least 250 is most i would pay. |

I prefer this type of rear spoiler as well. What I would question the seller on is this statement:
"Wing has never been mounted or even test fit for that matter."
Does that mean it has been manufactured and never tested for mounting or does it mean they simply have acquired it and have not test fit it on their personal year/make/model? _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)
