mine have to be removed, extended, and you press a button and turn the head until they click, sorta.. your may be different depending on the model, but they have all the info you need in this pdf:

| That explains the rears. I was able to adjust mine so stiff that I could barely move the shock by hand. Cool. I did not see a description of how to adjust the front cartrage type adjustable shock. They shocks are inside the mcpherson strut, but if you take them out they too say "adjustable". How do you adjust them? |

If they're adjustable, there should be a flat pin sticking out the top of the strut tower mount under the hood that you turn clockwise or counterclockwise. _________________ 1981 931 (Concours)
