Hi all. Am straightening out the sills on my 924S (think that you guys in the US call them rockers), due to the fact that the previous owners didnt know how to use a jack properly

Afterwards I want to repaint them. Does anyone know what the paint should be? Looks to be a matt black at the moment - but maybe its an underseal, can't really tell.

Any advice appreciated!

IIRC, the paint is a german product called "schutz" and requires a special gun to apply as it is pretty thick (and so you achieve that textured, mottled factory look). Then you spray base/clear or color coat over it...

Sand and then use a roll on bed liner:

The first couple of shots you can see it - I can get a close up if you like. I also removed my beat up carpet and rolled the floor of the car too.

Allows me to scrub away at road tar and bugs with no worry about scratching and ruining paint.
