Any body have any recent experience with these guys? I've had several positive transactions with these guys dating back to 2005. However, I placed an order on Fri 17 Aug that I am still awaiting. I paid for Airborne Express Saturday delivery, got a call on Monday stating that the order came in too late on Fri, should they ship it out? Of course, I said yes, and here I am one month, five phone calls, and a couple of emails later still waiting. I've not gotten one bit of response...starting to get worried.

If I don't hear back by Sat, I'm filing a complaint and asking for a charge back on Monday.

Also, a bit eerie, but I called today and got voice mail...said that they were closed and that their normal operating hours were 8-5 PM Mon-Fri. Not looking good...

probably closed for Rosh Hashana . been dealing with them on and off since , egads.. a long, long time. but not recently. never had a problem though.. hope they fix it for you quick....

I *finally* was able to get thru to Dave and have a personal conversation. Supposedly, my order will be packed and shipped out this week.
