I am looking at possibly aquiring a 924 Turbo kit. Hos anyone upgraded a 924 to a turbo model and what might be somethings I need to look for or change in order for this to be possible? _________________ 924 work in progress |

| It is not that easy. The 931 is a very different animal. |

Since noone has really responded to you that well, The general concensus is usually 'buy a 924 turbo' .... the 924na would require a new manifold, a turbo, lines to the turbo, a drain in the oilpan, a oil cooler, new fuel management, etc. And thats just to make the motor a turbo, The 924 turbo model has other upgrades as well, such as braking, suspension upgrades. There are no longer any availible 'kits' for 924's, anything you do would have to be custom, or part of a old kit like a bae, that you end up rebuilding and installing from there. Weither all of this is worth it or not would depend on your goals, do you want just a bit more power? or do you want alot more power? ...... Do you have a big wallet? is reliability a huge concern? ... If your start making more than 174 or so foot pounds of torque your going to have to investigate clutch options as well (for more info on this look into endwrenchs threads on clutch upgrades).
