I need a new CSV and have found a 911 CSV for $120US, is it the same as a 924 CSV the picture looks the same but i couldnt find corresponding part #. I know they both used the CIS system, but am unsure if they use the same CSV.

What year 911? PET shows a 930 and a 477 part number (with a split starting in 81), so you may be in luck.

The 477s tend to be VW/Audi parts if I am not mistaken (and if I am I'm sure to be corrected shortly).

the part is for a 75-83 911 and/or 78-79 928. the product code is 0.280.170.402, this may relate to the part number I am not sure. Is this a good price? I am ordering it from Paragon-products.com. Has anyone dealt with them?

924 Part # - 930 606 107 00
911 Part # - 930 606 107 01

The "01" should simply mean a prior part was superceded. Should work.

And Paragon is good folk. . .but EBS Racing has your CSV for $89.

0.280.170.402 is the Bosch part number for this unit.
