Looking at replacing my carpet and can only find replacement stuff in the US, which will be for LHD cars... Can anyone think why they wouldn't fit a RHD? My carpet is pretty trashed, so alot of the edges are blurry at best, so it's hard to know where the real ones go to... Anyone know?

If LHD won't fit RHD does anyone know anywhere that does carpets for RHD?

Cheers,

about the the only thing i can come up with is that some carpets have heel pads sewn in, under the accelerator, and depending on how high up the firewall the carpet runs , there may be some differences there, but nothing that would be noticeable id think..dont know for sure though..

You have to cut the aftermarket carpet kits to accomodate the parking brake anyway, so that is not much of a concern. The only thing I can think of is also the heel pad stotched to the driver side, but if you use floor mats you will never know the difference anyway.

Cool, thanks guys - doesn't sound like a major issue then. Will try contacting some of the carpet guys direct.

Will drop a note back here for future reference.

Have you tried the local motor trimmers for a quote?
Could get surprised.
