I got sick of my musty smelly old carpet so I got a replacement package from Trim Parts:
I still need to do the rear area, I'll post some pics when I get to it. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

That looks like it fits much better than the molded carpet set I got from performance products a few years ago! I wont buy another molded carpet ever! If you dont mind me asking, how much did it run you? _________________ 1976 924 Automatic- Body Only

Cool! I still have to replace mine. So this is just very flexible carpet?
Your old carpet doesn't seem to have been in too bad condition. Mine was all mouldy.
Very nice, though. |

$300 for the whole kit, does the full car. It is a molded set, very thin carpet, not as high quality as what came out, but it sure smells better! Definitely not as nicely fitted as the OEM, but it does an acceptable job, the pictures may make it look better than it does in person, but I would still recommend it. I bought a matching roll of carpet to have the rear seat base covered in, the rear seat top won't be going back in as a roll bar is going in anyway. Should look neat when done, sort of a club sport look. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

Yes, the speedo is in miles. The car came with the US federally required 85 mph speedo for 1980. I know the 924 is slow, but an 85 mph speedo is stupid. It now has a very optimistic 150 mph speedo, with a working odometer! _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

That's what I got, but in Km/h. It goes to 260, so everyone thinks it must be fast as hell. |

| I never really understood that, so many people seem to believe that if a speedometer goes to a certain speed the car must. How would that even make sense? |
