Is it possible to run the pipe that goes from the turbo oil drain line into the cylinder head, and just block off the cylinder head port and run that pipe into a oil overflow catch can on the fender or somewhere close? I'm going to be putting one on the other side where the crank case breather normally goes into the where the stock air box location is.. but I don't use the stock air box, so I just put a breather filter on there.

But would it be possible to run my car the way I have described?
