some words about this website.
http://www.wheeldynamics.net/appguide.html
ok, when taking this website into consideration please note that they say that the configurations shown on their website WORK...this does NOT mean that they look great...it only means that the weel doesn not rub.
I've went ahead with the ideea that 7 x 17" ET:55 and 8.5 x 17" ET:50 will nicely fill my carrera body kit using a 83 - 85.5 944 5 lug setup. Well they dont
i have 42mm spacers on the rear (8.5 x 17 ET:50) and the weel is still preety back into the body...i expected it to come out more.
on the front i have no spacers at all this means the weel (7x17 ET:55) will not fit because it will rub on the spring.
so for the 17" alloys in 7" and 8.5" wide with 55ET and 50ET you need 52mm spacers for the rears and at least 21mm spacers for the front. This ofcourse if you want the weels to nicely fill the 924GT/944/968 body-kit _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
