Yep, that's about the worst of the "new" car culture if you ask me. The only forum I visit there is the Euro one, most of the guys on the drive during the summer came from the Euro forum on that page. They are good guys, but there are very few of them. 780 is mostly made up of 16 year olds buying parts for their family grocery getters at PartSource. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

Great find, JB.
The one about the black stuff on the tail pipe is a classic. They probably think the only function of the exhaust is to make the right 'turbo sound'.
The other one, about the Sunbird: they were all congratulating him on a great story...

Now that's $400 well spent. Because we all know how hard it is to see the flashing lights.
"I have a radar detector, not because I like to speed (any more than the next guy), but because I like to know where radar is. It's helpful on the highway, and in the city, because it alerts me to dangerous situations ahead. I have come across countless accidents, where the police have left their radar on along with their lights. It's nice to have some extra warning there is something up ahead that I should slow down for, below the speed limit."
BTW, Chrenan, do you still drive your 924? They seem to have meetings on Fridays, I was thinking about going sometime. Maybe. Only if the guys with the Skyline and NSX come though. I don't wanna go if there are only Integras. I have not much to do anyway. |

I only drive the 924 in the summer. Chances are I would never go to a mett with any of the "tuner" crowd, that really isn't my scene. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

Ya, I would never hang out with those people either. But I did like Skylines a lot a couple of years ago, before they were even legal, so it would be cool to ceck one out. Obviously Honda guys are losers. And they always use the classic Ricer line: Can't we all just get a long? After all, we're all here for the cars and the passion for tuning.
No, we can't. |
