Guy's,

It looks like i need a new clutch slave cylinder for the 931. Are they specific to these cars, or are they a shared component with the 944/951 models. I was thinking they might be the same, as the bellhousing must be similar, but am waiting to be proven wrong!!

Thanks,

Steve

They're the same through 931-924S-944-944S2-951.
The 931.116.237.00 number was superceeded to 944.116.237.00, so either one of those numbers'll do ya.
It's in too bad of a condition for a rebuild? (seal kits can be had here for $18US, complete replacement slave cyls for $114US)

Smoothie,

Thanks or that. The bore is a bit scored as the seal has perished. The fluid is black with the disintegrating rubber!! I would rather just fit a new one and forget about it.

Rasta,

No need to. I am fitting a Tilton 3 way floor mounted pedal box into her with bias brakes, and the clutch master is included.
