|
|
Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of replacing some aging fuel lines with AN versions. Does anyone know the metric thread size and pitch of the following fittings - the threads on the end of the injector and the threads on the bolt that holds the injector lines to the fuel distributor?

The item 16s'd be M8x1.0.
Don't happen to know the 26es, but I can say definitely they're something different. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

Oh wait...I have a guess based on memory and the adapters in my CIS pressure tester kit.. The line-to-injector thread size (the 26es) should be M12x1.5. I'd give it a 95% sureness that that's correct. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

Hmmm, it seems M12x1.5 won't be too hard, but M8x1.0 seems to be hard to find, anyone have a good source for automotive plumbing? _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

I broke a fitting on one of my fuel injector lines. So far I've had no luck finding new ones (reasonably priced anyway) I had to make a new one out of stainless steel brake line. Not pretty but it works. _________________ 1979 N/A 924 |
