front seat and wheel center cap

Recently I had 2 problems with my 1982 924. I lost one of the wheel center cap, Mines are balck plastic and not flush I have the standard aluminum wheels (which I love). Can I buy any fush center cap kit and replace mines?

On teh other hand, trying to put the front seat back in, one of the rear holding bolts broke. I have part of it inside the nut. how can I fix this problem?
