For you guys that live in or around the HRM there is a cruise night at the A&W on Pleasant St. in Dartmouth on Thursday nights. I've been going for the past month or so, and sadly I'm the only Porsche. It'd be kinda cool if a few of us from around the city showed up . You guys have some nice cars. Certainly wouldn't be hard to find each other as there are only a handful of 924's around town. Anyway...just a thought . I won't be going tomorrow night as I'm heading out of town but perhaps next week if anyones interested. There was about 150 cars there last week. Some real gems as well. Aside from the muscle cars and such there was a gorgeous '64 Austin Healy , a V-8 Sunbeam , a 64 (I think) Corvair, a Studebaker Avanti ....hard to believe there are that many unique cars aroound town . Heck last week there was a 5.8 Litre Fairmont there....it was a factory package too ...nice car for a Fairmont. Never thought I'd actually be impressed by one of those .
Anyway , might be fun if anyones interested..

You should PM Neil...he's only across the bridge in HFX. Kool..keep your eyes open for a "fix-er-upper" 924. PM me if you see one. Thanks!

The 924 is still being worked on, I'll get it back in early Sept.

Hey cool..I had time to kill last nite ..so I met up at the with the cars...but No 924...I was there at around 7:30. Maybe your MC was giving you troubles?

Hey ! Geez I just noticed your post. Ya, I never made it last week. I just got my (hopefully right part this time) M/C ordered on Friday. Should be here on Wed. or Thurs. this week. Last Thurs. I spent rebleeding the brake system (no joy) and determining that there was no way the M/C I had ordered in last week was gonna work on my car. I'm gonna try to be there on Thursday night (Sept. 7) Some nice cars there eh ??
