Guys,

This part on my car is a bit bent, where people have jacked the car in the wrong place. it's also heavily corroded, and rusty in some parts......spoiling the otherwise good look of the car.

This pic is just as an example.

Has anyone ever removed this "edge" or "lip" with an angle grinder to give the car a more smoother look?

Hammer it out and fill it with sound deadening material and spray paint black.

we just bent ours flat with a pair of pliers and then painted over it with rockguard.
