Going through the process of cleaning and taking apart the WUR... I've read that you should be able to blow through both input and output holes. I can blow easily through the smaller one, but the one with the filter I cant really at all. Possible blockage past that filter?
I'm hitting it with some cleaner and compressed air, any other tricks to clean it out well? Any tips on rebuilding this thing would be great. _________________ If it isn't one thing... its another. |

Did you Google? I think I saw a pretty good comprehensive WUR rebuild on some BMW site. _________________ Toofah King Bad

While it is not too complicated, I recommend you take pictures during the disassembly for reference when reassembling.

The valve section (2 metal plates, phenol ring and small cup) were misinstalled when I took this one apart. Also, the vacuum retard diaphram was leaking. BTW this is 928 WUR.
