windshield molding clips?

i need the clips that hold on the modling on the outside of the windshield, mine are too rusty and dont have enough spring in them to hold them on. anyone got any in good condition or knwo where to get them? thanks.

You could try getting them from a Porsche Dealer, or maybe a auto glass installation shop...

Or, I may have some sitting around from the 83 944 that I parted out.

How many do you need?

well, all mine are pretty much shot, so all of them, im not too sure how many there are but im also not sure how they all go on/off.

The clips on mine have suffered the same fate so I currently have a couple of blobs of silicone bath caulk holding the trim in place. Seems to be working fine for now.
I am still working on finding new clips, they seem to be as rare as rocking horse droppings!

okay sweet. thanks smoothie, but how do i go about asking the porsche dealer for them? haha kinda a newbie question but whatever. ive never had to do it before. do i jsut call and say " i need part number _______" and he goes to find em?
