On the typical hot start topic, does the engine crank and won't catch or do you get nothing when you turn the key?

I thought that I had the hot start problem but my car will do absolutley nothing after getting hot. If I shut off the car when it is hot it will have to sit for an hour before it starts? What else could it be?

Maybe it is just a loose wire. That would make sense to me, the temperature might cause something to break connection or vice versa.

Or a bad starter solenoid. Is your heat shield still installed on the starter?
