| Well, Gohim, you were absolutely correct. It was pretty foolish of me to take Hausbrauen for face value! Here it is June 3rd and I still don't have a strut brace, it has been over 3 months! You were also right about the excuses and no replies from e-mail that I have sent: expensive lesson learned! |

This is the third post that I see on page 1 of General Discussions to do with HBM and missing parts/money.
I think that you collective group should contact everyone whom had ordered a strut brace from you and ask them if they wish to continue to wait, with an ETA for the bar, or offer them a FULL refund.
as per what happened with Rich, I think that you should have refunded him the full amount he was out! Taking someones money not sending the parts and then him loosing out, that is NOT cool.
At the same time, I think that is all that needs to be said on the subject, and we already seem to have 2 threads on this subject heading to flame wars, please lets not let this one turn into that as well. _________________ 3 928s, |
