Just was wondering if anyone could tell me where the
outputs go to from the alternator....looking at the
electrical prints i see that one goes to the starter....
and one more to the battery with the last one going
to the voltage meter. If anyone can give me some
confirmation on if im correct on that id appreciate it.
Id hate to hook something up backwards and burn
something up.

PS. the electrical is completely messed up, but i
bought it for real cheap, and i know it runs, just
need to massage some of the problems out.

Let's see, this is just from memory but I think I've done this about 2 dozen times... the big post on the alternator goes to the big terminal on the starter solenoid (that connects to the positive terminal on the battery). The small terminal on the alternator goes to your exciter circuit (battery indicator light). The medium sized terminal is just a ground that can go to the block, negative terminal on the battery, or frame. Note: do not route wires so that they touch the exhaust manifold. They'll melt and you'll be broken down in Sears parking lot taping wires, ask me how I know.
