Hey everyone.

Ive been noticing for the past few months now that occasionally when I fill the car completely with fuel, it leaks slightly from the rear left side of the car. Another thing I noticed was that when I parked on an uneven surface which had the left side of the car propped up, the tank leaked for at least 20 minutes before i moved the car (it was ALOT of gas, at least a gallon im sure!). Any particular reason why? Is their some sort of hole in the top left edge of the tank or something? For now I have not been filling the car completely and that has solved the problem.

It sounds like your gas cap is leaking and gas is draining into the overflow. Do you get a pressure release when you remove the gas cap?

I'd fill the car with gas and jack it up to re-create the leak and then track it down. My first suspicion would be a faulty gas cap but while it is leaking, it should be pretty easy to track down.
