do a search on the board but the proper way to do it is to reindex the tortion bars

You need shorter higher rate front springs, heavier rate front struts, re-indexed the rear torsion cars to lower and reset the rear ride height properly, and four wheel alignment.

Figure 12-14 labor hours install the front springs, drop the rear torsion bar carrier to re-index the torsion bars and set the rear ride height, and the four wheel alignment.

You should also plan on replacing the rubber bushings on the front control arms, the front upper strut bushings, and possibly the rubber bushings on the rear torsion bar while you are in there.
