Some of the early cars the part was welded on. On the outer edges if you look carefully there is one bolt on each side. This would be the lower thin part of the header panel.
If you have to drill out the welds still look for the bolts. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

i have a 1977.5 924 NA ok i'll look for the bolts. there are 5 spot weld on each side. so if i drill these out will a 931 header pannel fit on the car?
it is a little bent so thats probaly why my new fenders wont fit right.
OT:
the fenders drivers side has nothing on the underside
the passanger side on the underside is covered in a sound deading bondo stuff
is that normal? |
