Finally finished the bodywork for the circular rear lights, need to upload some pictures for you guys, but not intirely sure how to?

They havent just been stuck in, they have had sheet metal welded to the contours and cut into the body work so that they flow round the car, replacing the 'BIG' lights that normally sit there with two a side circular lights, also sunk back into the car in recesses...... Look awesome!!

The whole idea of this car is to be custom, but not too custom, the lights i think are the biggest change to the bodywork.

If someone can tell me how to upload pictures I can show you what its looking like

Cheers

Nathan

Heres (hopefully) some of rather a lot of images I have of our cgt replica, ther are some more on the camera of it back on its rolling chassis aswell. as you can see it was taken down to just a shell, and the other photos are of the new rear light cluster.

They have progressed a lot since these pictures, as the recent ones are still on the camera.

They have since been completely welded instead of tacked, the lights are from a Fiat Coupe.

Here they are, just needing a final few skims of filler, then hopefully finished

Certainly an interesting change. Do you have any shots from further back so we can see how they fit in with the rest of the car?

At the minute the car is trapped in the garage, were waiting on a stub axle for the front to make it a complete rolling chassis, (at the minute its like a wheel barrow) that way we can fit the new GT wings with the shortened bumper to get the complete shot.

I know its a bit radical, but hope you guys will like it
