| Help! is the headlight assemby on a 931 different then the earlier 924's or the early 944 (83-86)? I bought one off ebay several months ago that said "fits 924's and 944's" and it doesn't. I know the motor is different. |

to my knowledge (feel free to correct me, peeps), the headlight motor on the 931 is on the opposite side as the 924. This is to accomodate the location of the CIS fuel distributor in the 931.
