Did anyone else notice that the exterior mirrors are heated? or is this an option, I tried reading the option codes on my car, but heated mirrors didn't come up.

Yep, if you have a heated rear hatch and power mirrors, they are heated.

my car has heated rear hatch and electric mirrors but i dont know where swith is for them there are two broken nobs in the middle of the center console bellow the shifter

They are operated by the rear window defroster switch.
