:O

I was over at the second shop for the company I am working at, and my boss calls and says that he told one of our recent customers that he could send me to show the people who were running the drill how to actually run it and to fix a couple of things that they had broken. So he called later gave me a number and told me to call the guy. And well the jist of the story is that I am being flown to Mexico this sunday on the red eye (I leave Vancouver @ midnight) and then I will be in mexico for 1 week for work, all expenses paid, oh and the person sending me has no problem with my $330 daily rate. All teh people at the job site are also canadian, except for one newfie, but some people do actually classify them as canadian as well so language wont be an issue like the China job, and because of complications with previous jobs they are paying me in advance. WOOT.

Off to sunnier weather soon

You'll love going through customs in Mexico, especially if you do it in Mexico City.

Don't even think about driving a car in Mexico City, it's a demolition derby.

Yep the big red button that when pushed gives you a green light or a red light.

If you get red, you must empty your suitcases on a table in nice straight lines while everyone else in the airport walks by and admires your underwear....

And I really like it when the flight attendants say: "We are on our final approach to Mexico City, please fasten your seat belts". Then they walk down the aisle and spray everyone with Lysol.
