I just picked up an '88 S with a '93 968 motor and 6 sp with '86 951 brakes. A local enthusiast did the transfer last year and got bored so he unloaded this with 2 trailers of spares. It seems to run pretty strong.... a nice sleeper. But he bought a new 911 before he completed the little things like tach, cruise control, heater, etc. So that's where I come in... Anybody else ever try this transplant? I'd be curious to see what problems tend to turn up with this much power in this chassis.

After getting the heater and tach working I need to sort the suspension. I found some fully adjustable ride height Koni sports and 3 sets of springs in the trailer of parts and a new pair of torsion tubes. So the fun begins....
