Has anyone tried this before?
I'd like to replace the moldy carpeting myself, but I'm not sure what I'm going to need. I'll need carpet, adhesive and something sharp to cut the carpet into the right shape. Do I need anything else?
Does anyone have recommendations on what type of carpet to get (color, black)? Also any tips?
Thanks.
P.S. I would love to see some photos of the interior, if you did it yourself. |

| I would get a alredy molded carpet sold by Performance Products. The place is located in Van Nuys. Not far where you live. |

I called Performance Products, but they only carry floor mats and the rear mat.
Instead, I went to Lowes and bought 48 square feet of black indoor/outdoor carpet. As of today, I have replaced the top rear seat carpet, both rear side peices and both pieces in front of the rear seats.
It looks pretty damn good, but its far from easy. I've run into a problem though, I can't get the front pieice (from the shifter to the dash). The problem is that the carpet goes behind the AC (didn't even know I had one) which I can't figure out how to remove. Can anyone help?
