Hey heres some pics of my new 924 turbo. I bought it about 6 months ago. Its LHD, done 150 000kms and came with some service history. Crunchy second gear but otherwise great. Although the car is going in tomorrow to have the exhaust manifold welded back up.
Sorry these pics are big:)
I've been following the forum for a while but only joined recently...thanks _________________ As your attorney, I advise you to drive at top speed. |

Thanks for the complement
The car came out of a collection but its been driven mostly as an every day car... definetly not mint but still in great condition..
its got full leather interior with the 911 steering wheel but no electric windows or sunroof.. not sure about the limited slip diff..
i'm toying with the idea of an intercooler in the future.. _________________ As your attorney, I advise you to drive at top speed. |

well looking at your location you must cary a gun while driving to keep your car I worked with a few people from that area and they said that hi-jacking was rediculously high over there _________________ 3 928s, |

Yeah I worked with a guy for 7 years that told me endless stories. He was from Durban and he and all his mates carried concealed 9mm pistols to work !
On a lighter note however the surfing is apparently excellent. _________________ 1979 Euro 931, Olive

The turbo, IMO, looks best with the 16" trash can lids wheels. They also look nice with Design 90's. |

Yeah Design 90s are cool too...i've found a pair of 15 inch Fuchs but they re more expensive than the trash can lids so i think i'll go with those...
Anyway about the crime situation in this part of the world... i've lived in both the UK, the States and now South Africa for the last 15 years and never experienced any violent crime...i'm not saying it doesn't happen but its not like a war zone or anything ... I certaintly don't carry a gun to work..! _________________ As your attorney, I advise you to drive at top speed. |
