On the 924s model porsche 1987 where is the thermostat located and its not in the goose neck houseing?? would be a great help thanks

It's in the water pump outlet.

I answered this question in your previous "Could It Really Be That Bad?" thread.

Before you go tearing into your new car, I suggest that you buy a service manual for it. Or at least the Haynes 944 and 924 Manuals, until you can locate a six volume Factory 944 Service Workshop manual to buy.

Most of the engine is alloy, and you don't want to overtorque any bolts and break them off in the engine.

i saw after i posted this that you had posted it in the last one sry but thanks and i still cant seem to locate a manual lets just say my town dosnt own many porsches I Fell Special

Go to ebay.. you can find all the manuals you need really cheap including the factory workshop manuals on CD.
