Had a "drop" of rain, the last couple of days, found the footwells and the carpet that covers the sills on driver and passenger sides wet.

Its not the battery tray as mine is as new and have checked this in the past & the water was under the overmats which were dry on top.

I felt around and found that the bottom of the door trims towards the front of the doors slightly wet on their reverse sides. Is it possible that the water is coming in from behind and under the door trims?

I checked the drain holes under the doors with a thin wire, were clean.

Any other known points of water entry? (I don't have a sunroof)

Thanks
Arthur (vacuum cleaner in hand)

One other possible source of a minor leak is from the edge of the windshield. I had a slight leak from the top-left that trickled down-left, then down the A pillar behind the trim. Another possibility is through old cracked seam sealer - in the battery area and also the opposite side near the fuel filter.

Also - have a look here - http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?p=137277#137277
