If I switch the A/C on at startup, but if I wait a minute it's normally fine. Loose belt?

I think you guessed it.
Apparently, the belt squeeks when it's cold, so if run a few minutes and allowed to warm itself up, it doesn't squeek.
Looks like the 924S should have an adjustable rod from the compressor to the block. -Should find 2 nuts next to each other toward the end of that rod. Loosen them from each other, then turn the one that's nearest the compressor toward the compressor to tighten the belt. Once you have it where you want it, tighten the 2 nuts up against each other again to lock in the adjustment. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."
