I have the oval muffler and a bracket over the muffler. The bottom has just two thin pieces of metal which came loose recently. How do I "brace" or what do I need to put under the muffler to hold it?
Thanks, _________________ Rob

Thanks Smoothie! My muffler was held up by some plummer's straps, but only 2 with each in a different location...no wonder they broke. I'll try to fabricate something similar and definitely use the 3 instead of 1. I might try to find a quiter and/or cheaper muffler while I'm at it. Any suggestions? As it is now, it doesn't really sound like it has a muffler, but there are no holes in the exhaust system. _________________ Rob
