Someone had posted a series of pics of a BAE turbo aftermarket unit in a 924NA. Does anyone remember where? I've "horse-traded" one and am entertaining the idea of using one or I might just sell it.

And while you people are busy answering my 1st question, has anyone out there successfully turbo'd a NA. Theoretically, you would have 931 performance and no belt failure disasters. Just my (.02/1.63)US

dwak,

you must have missed it when you were doing a search on "bae" but Bob posted a reply to a question about BAE Turbos on the old board saying he had an installation manual for one.

Thanks Peter. Bye the way, that wasn't your BBQ that got out of hand and set half of Australia ablaze was it? You see, we don't have that problem in Canada, what with the snow up to our blow holes and all.
PS Look at this guys homebuilt turbo conversion @ http://forums.realride.com/showthread.php?s=4801d6b6b37ccc4cd25717d0e647bc58&threadid=56

yeah, they made me promise not to have any more barbies for at least a month.

One of the real stars of the whole show (apart from the fire fighters who are all total legends) is the Canadian helicopter air-crane - magic to watch in action.

I like the idea with the two Saab intercoolers. I've read about this being done before but this is the first time I've seen a pic. The intercoolers are nice and deep.

One might even work well if you jacketed it as an air/water intercooler.
