well the buyer of my car claims he blew up the bottom end, rods/ bearings within 3 hours of purchasing the car. _________________ 78 924 sold.

Mine did about 300k before it finally gave up - took a lot of killing though, and even then it was still driving with broken rings and spun bearings. I rekon I could have got another 50k or so out of it if I hadn't pulled it down!
