Hey all. I am a new 924 owner just out of school and looking for new fenders. I got my car in trade for painting a guys house so enough said. I have been to afew junk yards and all they have are 944s My fenders are rough and not worth pounding out if i can swap 944 fenders onto the car.
Please help |

post up in the wanted / for sale forum that your looking for some 924 fenders youll probly find someone who has some for sale. syou dont really want 44 fenders up there. _________________ 1979 porsche 924 Na

Check the search, there may have been threads about fitting the fenders.

944 fenders will fit without a problem. Get the early ones. The problem with putting on these fenders is that now you need a front valance. The car will look bulky in the front and you may want to do something about the rears. GT flares wheter bolt on or glued on would look nice but now you are looking at about $1000 without paint.
Look for 924 fenders or pound out the ones you have. If you do the latter it will be a good experience for you or anyone else. You should learn how to do bodywork as some of us have. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"
