hey everyone,
so would i be able to change my fpr, im not sure what bar it is, to a 3.0 bar i had from my saab? will that cause any problems? as i recall, all it does is regulate the amount of fuel going into the engine, and a larger bar, such as the 3.0, will provide higher pressure, which will give better acceleration?
on the 1990 saab 900 n/a, they put the 3.0 bar fpr on to give better acceleration because it was too slow compared to the 900 turbo. i did that conversion, 3.0 onto the turbo, and it gave me better acceleration.
any ideas?

That kind of change isn't applicable to the 924. Pressure regulation is integrated into the fuel distributor (haynes page 76, bottom-left). Also, your primary pressure should already be in the range of 5.4 to 6.0 bar. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

The part under the coil is the control pressure regulator (aka "warm-up regulator" or WUR). System (aka primary) pressure's regulated at the fuel dist. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."
