Has anybody taken these off? The part holding the pin appears to be rivetted to the body, but maybe its a special tool, like a 12-point thing? TIA. _________________ '82 924 NA Euro (hers)

A 6 point metric allen will work. Just did this a few months back. Don`t remember the size off the top of my head...
ok, I went to garage and checked. 5mm allen fits snug into that 12 point thing-ama-bob. |

Anyone know where I can get the part in the body, not the door, where the pin goes? The one on the driver's side is broken, so the pin just falls out? Any ideas, or do I just need to go to a junk yard?

Thanks jpab..it does the trick. I didn't want to try a hex key in case it rounded something off.. _________________ '82 924 NA Euro (hers)
