|
|
I am looking at a body kit for my 924 Turbo but would like to keep the cost down by not upgrading to larger wheels since I have a nice stock set with new tires on now. I heard there was a wheel extender kit out there that would allow stock rims to work with the 944 or kit flares? Is this true and if so where could you get them. Or am I just waste time and $.
BTW here is the link for the body kits. For a low cost option the Skirts look nice and the SCCA race kit is not bad for the price either.http://www.americaninternationalracing.com _________________ 82 924 Turbo

| Spacers, You can do a search and find a lot of info on them. Keep in mind that you will need new studs as well. I know there is a guy on ebay that sells them for $140 for a set with studs... |

Okay so excuse my lack of understanding on this subject, I did see some of the spacers on e-Bay, question though, do they just insert over the old lugs and then create a new hub/lugs for the rim to slide on to or is there more work than to do than that. It seems to simple there fore I think it is. _________________ 82 924 Turbo

| depends on which ones you are looking at and how thick they are. Some require longer studs, While others bolt on the studs you have and have another set already for the wheel. |
