Here's what the Google language translator does to it -
"To Ersteigern heut one of my many self-'s building radiators stands. Here it concerns a "self-'s building radiator" to reequips itself all Porsche 924 turbo1 with oval Drosselklappe.Er can very easily be installed and is very pressure resistant. Property it with 1,4 bar driven. On the butterfly valve side it is from aluminum weld-welding one sufficiently large opening in the hood is Vorraussetzung. The connecting piece served one September-guesses/advises Pop off valve. The hole of a nozzle for alcohol injection. Both can be locked without problems. Still another Rohrvebindung is needed for the turbo -- no problem be-being this should is my last radiator after this old building method for skillful amateur handicraftsman. Make further gladly when desired. Now however with original wetting measure after Carrera GT model. The red-brown "something" in the photo is only sealing compound which I around the nozzle had lubricated. Can be taken off in such a way. The radiator served much for tests and its purpose outstanding served. Much fun with this "unusual article". Without warranty or Gewaehrleistung. An the keys amateur handicraftsmen" _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

He needs the blow off valve to vent unwanted pressure (on gear change etc) in the IC and piping between the turbo and intake valves. He more importantly needs it to attract the attention of police and jailbait as he drives past mcdonalds.
Sure it would work off the IC, it all carries pressure. In Australia its illegal to vent boost pressure out into the atmosphere. Its legal to have a plumbed back blow off valve though. Of course you dont get a fully sick pshhhh noise when you do tough laps of the city though so whats the point? _________________ 1979 931 with a 350 chev
