Would it be safe to use synth blend in my car, has 118K+ doesn't leak now, I put 10w40 valvoline high mileage last time.

By the way, I have been using Mobil 1 full synthetic since I bought the car in 98 with no problems whatsoever.

yeah actually i have the exact oil you are asking about in my 1988 924s, and it works just fine!
